为完善中国汽车工程学会汽车应用与服务分会（以下简称分会）组织机构，推动分会可持续发展，根据《中国汽车工程学会组织工作细则》、《中国汽车工程学会专业分会工作条例》等文件要求，分会将召开第六届委员会第二次会议。考虑到多数委员将出席“SAE-C全国汽车职业教育校长联席会”（简称校长联席会）2016年会，因此决定将两个会议一并安排在4月26-27日于北京召开。
由中国汽车工程学会主办的2015第三届中国汽车防腐蚀与老化技术论坛（VCAP论坛）于5月28-29日在安徽合肥绿地福朋酒店成功召开，安徽江淮汽车股份有限公司作为2015VCAP论坛年度合作伙伴。中国表面工程协会、中国腐蚀与防护学会为此次论坛的支持单位，并有表面处理行业和腐蚀防护行业的专家参与演讲。
